Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

ZenoV ("we", "us") runs the online store at zenov.site. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from us, why we need it, and the choices you have.

We only collect what we need to run the shop, ship your order and keep the site secure. We never sell your personal information.

What we collect

  • Order details — your name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number and the products you buy.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by ArionPay. We receive the payment status, the asset and network used and the transaction hash. We never see or store private keys or wallet credentials.
  • Cart contents — saved in your own browser (local storage) so your cart survives a page refresh. It is not sent to us until you check out.
  • Technical data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and request times, kept briefly for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order.
  • To confirm payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To answer your questions when you contact us.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

  • ArionPay, our crypto payment processor, receives the order amount, order number and your email to create your invoice.
  • Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your parcel.
  • Authorities, only when the law requires it.

Cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie that protects our checkout against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 10 years). Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
